THE COLONISATION OF 4 CORNERS

4 CORNERS told a story about three complete losers who spent the night on Iluka beach in 2011 drinking and fucking; and one of them was dead the next morning.

SARAH FERGUSON asked "How is it possible the perpetrators have not been held to account? Knowing full well the other two losers had been dragged over the coals and the coroner had decided that there hadn't been any intent or malice.

The narrator focused on the sheet-covered corpse of a 33 year-old mother of 7.

The viewer is then taken to the home of the woman's mother and step-father. "She was outnumbered" they tell us.

We are then told that despite a thorough investigation, a coronial inquest and the matter twice being referred to NSW Office of Public Prosecutions "intent to commit a crime has never been established".

Next is a short biography of “a generous, trusting girl, good at everything, another Cathy Freeman”, we’re assured.

“But at 15 she fell into wrong crowd.”

"She had to find out things the hard way." the step-father tells us.

"She had a series of violent relationships, awash in drugs & alcohol...always bruises everywhere" he continued.

By 30 the woman had seven children, all in the care of the grandparents.

Back to the re-enactment on the beach, "They drank heavily throughout the day, returning to town for more supplies".

It is established that the three of them were having drunken sex which included fisting; which is not illegal.

"She consented, she was enjoying it" the other guy tells us.

The coroner reports she had a blood alcohol level of 0.352. "A potentially lethal range", he states clearly.

Next a law professor contradicts herself by saying "she may not have been fully conscious" so then "that is very clearly a case of sexual assault when the person is not conscious", but "She may have been"?

The witch-hunt continues with Marcia Langton putting pressure on the authorities to find the two losers guilty of manslaughter, because the woman was part aborigine even though there has already been a thorough investigation.

It is a very sad story but I've known a lot of people like them. They are drunks because they have nothing to live for. Dying is nothing to fear. But it’s the vigilante style of the 'reporting' that frightens me.

Not only does Ferguson bend the truth and show complete contempt for the legal system but the team show a venomous hatred confined within a package of acceptable outrage.

Would 4 CORNERS ever 'investigate' an aboriginal woman killed by other aborigines, or a woman who murdered children? I don’t think so, because it doesn’t suit their political agenda. They have destroyed the credibility of 4 CORNERS.

PS.Months later the agitation proved successful and the two men were charged anew, with manslaughter. "The New South Wales Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is facing damning criticism over a 33-year-old woman's brutal death and the two suspects who have never been held to account.

Updated 10 May 2016, 5:38am You can read the entire thing here. I'd call it 'illegal-journalism' because it contravenes the law of the land, those losers rights, and the ethics of journalism. There are too many examples of mistruths and distortions. She was "found" on a beach? She'd never been seperated from her compatriots. They were desperately doing cpr on her because they were shit-scared she was dying or was already dead. 

"The two men took her to the beach at night", all three had been there drinking all the previous day and going to town for supplies. I won't go on. This is witch-hunt journalism of the worst kind.
